I haden't seen anything from the truck driver. I guess HE was going too fast as well. But the point is taken. The blowout MAY have been caused by excessive speed and the wreck may have been caused by the same. Blowouts are caused by many things. Maybe he brought it on himself. Hard to say for sure.
