Morally or legally was he going too fast? And what conditions? Seemed dry and sunny in the video. Was he blinded by the sun? I drive my MH at the speed limit on flat land (as fast as 75) and I don't see an issue. I have driven 80 and that is a little speedy for my blood. Truckers do it on the same tires and my TOADs are not restricted by speed.
Am I missing something?
