Hi,
It sounds as if your rv is equipped with an inverter, but it is wired in such a manner as to not power all the outlets. It is becoming more common for RV's to have an inverter.
It would be possible to move the outlet you need to the same circuit as the bathroom--but it might also mean having too many outlets on one breaker. Proceed with care.
It is probably better to have a separate thread for each question.
