Did I miss the year make and model of your rig?
That info can be helpful.

Our Monaco has a 2000 watt inverter, and "almost" all the outlets are powered by it and work even when the rig is not plugged in.

Oddly, the 2 outlets near the head of the bed (in a slide) are not powered by the inverter and are dead unless we are plugged in or running the genny.
Outlets in the opposite slide, where the TV is, work just fine.
