The "fix" is simple. LCI (Schwintek) sends all the control boards with the "torque adjustment pot" at maximum amp. IF you back the amp adjustment off a little at a time and test drive you will find where the room will not extend. The problem is, when it is on MAX, the room motors overtorque (put too much pressure on the flange and seals) and the motor brake system cannot hold it that tight. So, the room relaxes in transit and will even do it slightly stationary. This is usually only a problem on motorhomes with Scwintek mechanisms as the Towables do not have as rigid of cutout wall holes and the sidewall will allow some flex. As you found out, replacing the motors AND the controller did not fix the problem. The Scwintek system is VERY simple. A pain to diagnois and replace but the design is simple. Now, be aware that you MUST have either LCI or Winne approving of this amp adjustment as the control module plainly states that if you poke a hole thru the paper cover it voids the warranty. We remove the cover(4 screws) to make sure we do not poke a hole in the cover:W Doug
