Not sure why there would ever need to be a “max” pressure alarm?
Bout as useless as teats on a boar…
If the tire could ever build enough heat to increase pressure that dramatically, it would be low to start with (causing) heat and never hit the alarm threshold.
Or maybe to warn you if you set the Max cold pressure in the Arctic at sea level in the winter then drove straight to South America and it was like 90degrees at 9000ft in the Northern Andes mtns in the dead of summer. That “might” trigger it! Lol
