I have been calling around and it is going to cost more than I had budgeted by $500 - $1500. Sorry for all the questions lately I got a price on some Firestone tires and they are $1200 - $1500 cheaper than Michelin and Michelin has several grades. What are you running and do you think the ride will suffer with the Firestone tires?

My searches did not net any info other than tire pressure.

Coach is a Fleetwood Expedition 34' Cat C7

Michelin wear a long time, but they are NOT the best riding tire
and they age just as bad sitting as being driven, when they go, they loose the tread off the carcass ,
Yes this is my experience with them
I can explain it to you.
But I Can Not understand it for you !

That is good to know your coach is larger than mine.

Have you checked Tire Rack? Prices with shipping plus install was still cheaper.

They have a data base of installers and my local shop was glad to get the install business. $20 mount and balance.

I gave him a shot on the quote and he said my price was lower than he could get them for.

They don't sell tires my size 275/70R-22.5

I got a price on those $309 a tire + all the fees that is much cheaper but they are a 16 ply tire rather than 18 ply like the Michelin & Firestone. I am all about saving $$ but I am not wanting to go too cheap and have the ride suffer.

Just remember that local dealers love it when you bring in tires that you got online for them to mount. They know that you can't do it yourself and expect to pay a premium to have them mounted and balanced.
