We have stayed at Tall Pines and were not impressed as you could hear the trains. Campers RV is on the other side of 70th Street and you don't hear the trains as loud.
We've also stayed at a couple off IH 220 but did not like them. Train tracks were very close and roads not in good condition. If you are retired military or DOD, the RV campground on base is nice.
We either stay at Campers RV or on base. There is also a new one called Southern Living that is also on 70th, but it has no shade trees, they were all plowed up when they were developing the park.
