Slide acting up

Our 2000 Pace Arrow living area slide is acting up. Goes most of way out then stalls. Must then use key again and again. It the slide moves a little each time.

Same for bringing slide in comes in to within 8 inches then must key on key off to move last inches.

What is the defect and remedy?

    We have a 2000 Pace Arrow also.On ours I found that the middle bearing on the slide out is a plastic 2 piece .I took it apart ,cleaned them up with brake clean, then lubed them up with anti seize.I tried some other lubes but anti seiz seems to be the best so far.Good luck.

    If electric, trace cable from battery. Our TT did that, and it was an inline circuit breaker on frame near battery.

    Binding, possible due to dirt accumulation on the mechanism.
