Thor Fourwinds V10
I am looking to purchase a 2011 Thor Chateau 29' It has a V10 305 and supposedly will tow a toad 5000 lbs My question is how would a rig like this make it out west in the mountains Thanks

Just don't expect it to go up mountain passes like a car does. Folks from the flatter locales don't always understand this. Also, don't drive down the mountain like you're in a car or you won't have any brakes when you need them most.
