We compared the 25ft FR3 next to a Vegas next to an a Via. We went with the Vegas.
The FR3 is much roomier then the Vegas or Via but the bed over the cab seats is of a horrible design. It is held up with some magnets and you have to break it from each time you lower it and while at the dealer I thought I broke the bed a few times. The FR3 does not fit in a 25ft parking space where as the Vegas/Via does.
I liked the Via as its more upscale but the sofa bed is much smaller then the sofa in the Vegas. On top of that even with the slide out it felt smaller in the living area then the Vegas.
IMO the Vegas/Axis is the best 25ft RV on the market right now for the money.
