If you look at the Airstream B190, GWV SSm, or the many Bs from the 90s and early 2000s, you'll see the solution is to have the bath at the rear, with the 2 bedrooms up front. This allows driver and passengers to have a conversation whie driving without shouting for 20 feet. Also most of us spend more time in the living area than in the bathroom so it just makes more sense to have the LR more accesible.
