I was in Red Bay the First of June. Called my dealer about my steps not retracting and the rear camera that went out, all in one weekend. My dealer said he was covered up and could not see me for three weeks. I called Tiffin and they said it would be about three days wait. So, not wanting to miss summer, we drove to Red Bay. Never owning a motorhome before and this being a used coach I was very pleased when after I arrived they checked our coach and informed us that I needed new roof caps and a drivers side slide floor and they would do it at no cost. 9 days later, I left Red Bay very pleased and weeks earlier than if I waited for our dealer. Not to mention the dealer never mentioned the slide floor or roof caps I can't believe they didn't know about them.
I am very happy with my Tiffin motorhome
