We have owned 9 RV's. We are on our second Tiffin. By far, Tiffin customer service has been superior to any other company. Tiffin treats those with previously owned Tiffin's as fair and as good as those with a brand new one. The staff/techs take the time to get to know you, and they explain things as they work. We just had some one year warranty work done and they checked us out front to back, top to bottom. The tech drove it to check mirrors, tires, etc
We believe Tiffin uses common sense and this new system will not cause problems for any customer. By the way, Tiffin has excellent mobile techs also. A customer does not always have to go to a bay. We have been Tiffin customers since 05, and as long as they maintain their excellent and personal service, we always will be.
