Do most owners of RV's with dual rear wheels get their tires rotated regularly? If so, what is the rotation pattern? I will appreciate any feedback.

This article has good info and a good pic of dually rotation and also puts your spare into the mix if you want to.

I'm like others and will "age" age out first.

I have rotated side to side but decided it was not worth it so I have quit doing this.

Considering that the tires will age out long before they wear out, I don't rotate my tires.

The two duallies I have owned seemed to wear the rear tires pretty flat and evenly, so I saw no reason to rotate them. The front tires I would rotate side-to-side if I thought they needed it.

Only move them side-to-side so that they run in reverse rotation.
Given the nature of the rims, a full rotation would require taking the tires off the rims.
And that's just asking for trouble X6 - especially when some mechanic is doing it for you.
I ran 80,000 miles on the first set of tires doing it that way. Not planning to change now.
