That is interesting considering in MI at least uninsured/unlicensed drivers and unregistered vehicles on the street aren't treated in the same manner anymore- if they hadn't broken the law the incident couldn't have occurred.

I saw the same discussion on another forum, it was recommended by a couple of members. For less than $40 I figured it was a good way to check them out.
