That's a 2015 tow guide, but actually what it says is yes it can be towed 4-down. It says AWD cannot be towed on a dolly....but it can 4-down.

Remco Towing Guide

According to Remco the 2018 Ford Flex is towable 4 down as is. Both FWD and AWD.

We did tow a Ford Flex 4 down without any problem but it was an AWD 2012.
