True Induction cooktops
For those of you who have the "True Induction" brand cooktop, how do you like it.

Why would it be different than using our two burner electric cook top except being faster and using less power because of it?
Being off grid doesn't have to mean camping in a tent and cooking weenies on a stick. We also use a auto drip coffee maker, the microwave, the hair dryer, vacuum, even a air conditioner.
