The only time I get annoyed is when people fill their water tanks at a spigot, but stop smack dab in the middle of the road when there is room to pull over (or they could have filled up at the potable water tap at the dump station). Filling water tanks is not a two minute job.
I don't mind waiting for trucks and trailers/5th wheels pulling in/out- in fact I sympathize having done that in the past. Same for toads, I try to stay to the side or have the DW drive the toad to a parking lot.
If I was alone I still think I would un-hook close to my camp site and move the toad out of the way.
Go and enjoy your trip and don't worry when hooking/unhooking.
