the 10K receivers are most certainly AVAILABLE as BOLT on from CURT hitches for Sparton chassis.and the OP chassis is rated for 10K
tow so a 10K hitch should be no problem on this 2000 spartan chassis
mine(Spartan) is good for 15K even though I have a 10K hitch
NOTE:this hitch was made to measure direct bolt on to sparton chassis
not a universal one
