Used MH purchase, FYI
Just purchased our first MH. Thanks for all the input from those that replied to previous posts. We bought a 2012 Tiffin Allegro 36LA with 16,500 miles and options such as: 15,000 BTU A/C with heat pump, Leather furniture, Fireplace, Washer/Dryer, Central Vac., etc.
Started negotiations at 10% below low NADA retail value and added $5K. This was an $86K offer on a dealer asking price of $104,000. When all was said and done- settled on a final price of $88,000. Hope this helps any perspective buyers out there.
