v10 belt squeal resolved

hi,

i was replacing my serpentine belt every year for the last 4 years for a doule squeal every 1 second
on my ford v10 6.8

i used a water sprayer to confirm it was the belt and not a bearing. noise stopping with water sprayed on the belt

used a laser level on the steering pump puley aiming at the alternator puley
saw that the pump puley was 1/16 inch to much forward.

rented a steering pump pullley extractor kit to push the puley onto the pump.

this small amount resolved the issue perfectly
