No, but you can run HDMI over coax with either a DISH Hopper or DirecTV Genie setup.
My Genie HR44 receiver is as stated mounted above the TV and has a HDMI cable to the TV. For one month I also had a HR24 on the coax and could record 5+2 channels.
FYI The HDMI cable to the TV allows the HR44 to automatically adjust the TV settings when I move the receiver between house and rig.
