Thinking of buying a used View or Navian with a corner bed.

What is the ceiling height above the raised floor of the corner bed?

Considering replacing the small corner bed with two bunk beds.
What do you consider to be the minimum distance between the top mattress and the ceiling?

Thanks

Nick

Our corner bed is high off the floor and there is a reason for this. It has tanks and such under it. We have a FR so I don't know what's under the one you are looking at but not sure most would accommodate bunk beds.

Who's going to use the bunks?

I would not want to use a bunk bed where there is not sufficient height to sit upright on the mattress. This goes for both the upper and lower bunks. More space is nicer, of course, but being unable to sit makes many things much harder and less convenient. For me, that works out to about three feet of clearance.
