Our 96 Southwind has 30 AMP service. When plugged into shore power I use the coffee maker with no problems.
Either I don't understand your question or, you're overthinking the situation.
When you are on shore power, all your 120 volt appliances will work. Maybe not all at the same time but, they will work.
