Seems to be a common problem on bedroom slides, probably from the location of the slide in regards to frame twisting while leveling. I had a hair line crack in same spot, which I corrected by drilling a small hole at the end of the crack. Then painted a piece of flat 1.5 inch aluminium to match RV. Attached it by bonding it to the fiberglass under the slide opening, running the length of the slide with it extending pass each end, approximately two incbes. This covers the initial crack while adding support. After completed one couldn't tell that it wasn't done at the factory when built, just another piece of trim.
