Water leak

I have a 2005 Fleetwood PaceArrow 36B. I have water that drips from in front of the rear duals on the passenger side of the coach. I have checked and I am fairly sure it is not coming from the slide. Has anyone ever had this happen to them and what was the cause and the fix. Thanks for your help.
  • either a leak in the fresh water piping or from your gray or black tank. dab a drop or two on your finger and do a sniff test. betcha it's from the fresh system.

That's right where the shower is. Is it a constant drip all day long?

Could be mice, squirrels, rats......chewing through the PEX piping. Gotta pull off the underbelly covering and start tracing it down. Might even have to pull off interior paneling, if the valve-set is accessible that way...
  • Hey everyone. Getting back to my water leak I have now removed the shower, the vinyl flooring and the washer dryer that is located in the kitchen slide. I could not find a leak anywhere that was obvious. No water damage in the slide or under the shower. The plywood in the middle of the floor between the fridge and slide was completely saturated through. I removed the wet plywood and only found styrofoam insulation. As there are no water lines of ant sort in this area does any one have any ideas where the water would be migrating from?

Where is the water heater? Mine sprung about a hundred pinhole drips,.
  • Hey everyone I found the leak. It was the two shutoff valves for the washer/dryer. They both were leaking just a small amount which ran down the hoses and then went under the vinyl flooring. Changed the valves and the flooring and all is good. Thanks for all the tips.
