Water supply to toilet

I have a 2002 minnie Winnie the water coming into toilet and sink sometimes is black for a second or two then runs clear. Need to know why? The water in kitchen is fine.

I'm thinking something with rubber/neoprene parts is breaking down. Pump, valve, connector, hose...

Do you have an inline water filter somewhere that has never been serviced? If you are not the original owner there is no telling what some previous owner may have added.

Do you have the same problem when connected to city water?

If not, it could be the pump disintegrating.

Crud in the lines. When is the last time you sanitised the system?
