Water System on Rv

Hello,
I have a 1988 Allegro 31 Basement Model RV. I am trying to figure out how to empty the fresh water tank. Its filled. I see a lot of on/off nozzles, I'm just not sure how to get it empty. Can someone direct me to a site or YouTube video that shows how to empty the tank.

    Look underneath and locate the drain line and follow it up to the valve or just start opening valves one at a time till you hit the right one.

    Did you check inside your basement doors for a valve?
    That is where it's located on our 96 Southwind.
