Your photo did not show on my screen. However, the item may be a 75 ohm cable to 300 ohm, two wire flat cable, transformer. They were very common in the older TV's. That was used to connect the cable from the RV antenna to the two wire antenna input of the TV.
It could also be a digital to analog converter. Today's TV broadcasts are Digital, and your tube TV would be analog. Again it connected the RV antenna to the TV's audio/video or antenna input of your TV.
Your RV antenna cable should fit straight into you new TV, with out that device.
It could also be a cable that goes to your RV remote speakers. If it is, a converter/adapter may be needed to connect the RV remote speakers to your new TV.
