Ditto - Kayteg1Explorer IIWhatever you use - stay away from acid-based "quick" cleaners.
They might make wonder of dislodging brake dust from front of the wheel, but will bake it later to the inner side and holes.
Beside aluminium cleaners/polishers you can buy Simple Green in wheel formula. - crassterExplorer III use the purple Sam's club degreaser on the wheels and for any chrome vinegar and elbow grease.

X2 - rrevExplorerIf your wheels are just polished chrome, they are actually porous. You don't want to use anything petroleum-based as far as polishes on them. All that does is looks good for a while but the petroleum gets into the pores and collect dirt. What actually works really well is #0000 steel wool and glass cleaner. I've been using it for years. I was taught that by a detailed with 25 plus years of experience. It works on chome and glass too.
- bluwtr49Explorer III also like the powerball but use whatever cleaner I have available. My favorite is stopping at a polishing service that does them for $5.00/wheel.
