Any good welding shop should be able to solve your problem once you tell them what you are trying to do that exceeds the current 5K hitch.
It would be a large vehicle. I can't imagine over 7,000 lbs. Chevy Avalanche weighs in around 6,200. A Suburban can't be much more. I think.
