When you've done that you know a 5.9 moving a 24k motorhome does a really fine job. But I must admit that I do envy the guys with those Cummins ISX engines!!! As a retired driver, I have never driven anything with that kind of power!!! Biggest power I've ever pulled with was a wore out 425 Cat.tiffinboy wrote:frelsang wrote:
I am looking at the new Winnebago Forza, see if anyone has the same engine, and want to know if this is a reliable engine, how about the speed and torque if GCWR is 33000lbs, GVWR is 27910lbs.
I know a fellow that bought a HR 3 years ago 36sh ft some slides and he,s extremely disappointed in the power especially pulling toad
its reliable but poor power for the weight.not on flats just when accessing mountain passes and steep hills
We have friends that had the same experience. The 6.7L is a fine engine, but not enough engine for 33k.
