Into 7th year of driving electric. We started with a Volt then upgraded to a Caddy ELR when they had their big closeout sale. Now that we have our Tesla solar panels on the roof, Our electric bill is $16 a month INCLUDING keeping the car charged. No more gas for us when possible. I'm probably too old to be able to enjoy RVs when they 'flip', though. Driving an electric car is like being able to buy gas for $1 a gallon. Waking up to a 'full tank' every morning without standing in the cold, hot, or rain to refuel...priceless.
