So long as the heat is on in the coach, there's no need for it to be winterized just for the trip. Assuming you'll be using it immediately when you take possession (if only to sleep in for a night or two), I think I would ask the dealer to have the heat and water systems all turned on and the tank at least partly filled; that would also enable you to verify that there are no leaks or other problems with the plumbing when you initially get it.
(I'm making the assumption here that any DP for sale in Buffalo is going to be at least marginally capable of subfreezing operation—that is, it at least has the tanks enclosed in a nominally heated area, if not more complete cold weather equipment.)
