If it's a bad ground causing power loss to the television, why does it only affect the television when receiving over-the-air broadcasts and not when receiving cable signals from the campground?
Some LED lights have poorly filtered switching regulators that introduce RF hash in the wiring. Poor grounds can exacerbate their effect, of course. Other LED lights have reasonably filtered switching regulators, or linear regulators, or no active current regulation at all.
