The wipers on our 2004 Workhorse W22 chassis are now resting in the out position when shutting them off instead of in center of windshield. I have changed the fuse as well as looked under hood to see if there was a catch plate by working arms to rest in position. There appears no plate. The wipers work fine just staying out when turning them off. Please advice what I should do?
