Appears to be a class A, don't understand the seatbelt in the tow vehicle. Seat belted in the RV, sure. Truck hit the front passenger corner. Belted or not, I am not sure it would matter in this case.
on edit, Went through it frame by frame. No way the people in the MH survived. Semi went completely through the driver cabin, tore the house off the chassis, and ripped the MH chassis in half.
Trucks have to meet crash testing requirements. Also the low end class a MHs are often pretty marginal handling so a blowout is more likely to cause loss of control.
No guarantee surviving in a truck but much better odds.
