Walmart has some very good sausage patties in a bag in the freezer section that take 1 minute to cook in the microwave. They also have "real" scrambled eggs that are round patties - also microwave. We toast an english muffin , use an egg pattie, sausage pattie and slice of cheese and you have a sausage mcmuffin sandwich - substitute thin sliced ham or canadian bacon and you have an egg mcmuffin type sandwich - or put it on a croissant. Quick and easy and will keep you going. We like these on travel days. Best part - no dirty dishes!
