We do a lot of wings around our house and RV. When they're done, we toss them in our own sauce. I'm a big fan of Hooter's wing sauce. They sell it in several levels of heat, and frankly, I enjoy picking it up in person. I'm down to my last 30 jars.

Franks Red Hot has a sauce called Sweet and Spicy that I think would ho well with wings. Probably the same as you do, mix with butter.

I use the same recipe except I use Original Lousianna Hot Sauce. Just like the flavor better.
