I have been doing well with rainbow trout this Oct and have caught 5 over 17 ins. So I coat the trout with olive oil and seasonings grill it on high on an oak board for smaller trout, for larger ones I just put a oak board inside the BBQ for smoke flavor. What ever is left over I make fish salad like tuna only with trout. The smoke flavor gives it a nice taste.
