Had some very thin slices of beef and a hankering for salad, so I threw together a marinade of:
1/2 cup Fischer & Wieser The Original Raspberry Chipotle Sauce
1/4 cup Korean BBQ Sauce
3 Tbsp salsa
(These were all leftovers; I was making room in the fridge.)
Mix well and set aside.
With kitchen shears, cut beef into 1/2" cubes.
Put half of the marinade in the bottom of a marinating dish or in a plastic bag. Add beef, then the remaining marinade. Stir or palpate bag until all beef is completely coated. Place in refrigerator for at least one hour; longer is better.
Heat a wok on high heat, with at least 1/2 cup canola oil in bottom. Carefully add beef to oil, cooking quickly and in small batches to your preferred doneness level.
Spoon over salad greens of your choosing. Top with Ken's Raspberry Pecan or Raspberry Walnut salad dressing.
It was delicious.
