What's ur favorite?

Marinated grilled tofu, grilled veggies and pineapple rings on the grill for dessert.

We're vegetarians, what can I say?

We often plan of kabobs when we're on trout fishing trips. We use a kielbasa ring, sliced, as the meat if the fishing is bad, if it's good we just do the veggies and have it with the fish. We hit the veggies with teriyaki sauce and then spray them with olive oil and sprinkle basil on. Cooked until ready to char, great.

Nice Ribeye on the grill covered with sauteed onions, mushrooms, garlic, green bell peppers and provolone cheese melted on top. Served with a Ceasar Salad a a glass of Fre Cabernet Savignon.

Chicken wings cooked over the campfire. I finish them with 1 of 4 varities, either a spicy dry rub, homemade bbq sauce, teriyaki, or a bottle of BWW Caribbean Jerk sauce.
And a big jug of sun tea.

In winter it is a big pot of vegetable beef or venison stew with jalapeno cornbread. In the summer grilled hamburger and hotdogs with all the trimmings. Iced TEA. Coffee.

if we're catching any fish, it's fried catfish or bass or grilled bass or trout.
with potato salad, garlic bread and a big jug of iced tea.

otherwise, we like anything on the grill, accompanied with mac/cheese or beans or baked potatoes, or cole slaw etc etc.
