Continuously recycled tech 'news' wrapped in pathetically shallow insights from another computer writer aside, I just cannot understand all the vitriol being spewed against XP users by others who have left it behind. Or more like, why can't they really leave XP behind? Move on dudes.
Another XP blurbSomething interesting seems to have occurred after that IE secutity patch MS issued for all OSs, even XP, a few days ago...the Red X of Redmond that sat in my taskbar tray no longer shows up. Only if I reboot or do a custom MS Security Essentials scan will I see the glaring red scare.
Have any other XPers noticed this? Did Redmond marketers realize that it is really unwise for MS to keep trashing one OS to sell another?
