My experience with RV propane ovens has been less than happy. Temp regulation was awful plus if you camp in hot temps the heat generated will really tax the a/c. We converted the propane cooktop in our new unit to a Nuwave two burner induction. I also have a portable NuWave induction to cook messy stuff outside. We use the microwave/convection oven plus a toaster oven with convection. If you have a generator or us campground power then there is no problem. We don't bake bread, eat pizza or pastries. If we want ribs or other items that require broiling or baking we cook ahead of time and freeze.
We rarely use the oven at our home base relying almost exclusively on convection microwave and toaster/convection oven.
