Have you checked channels 390 - 398 to see if you have the DNS Networks active there. If your RV is registered in the East you will get the NY feeds and if your RV is registered in the West you will get the LA feeds on those channels.
In the meantime you can always get your local Network programming with your OTA antenna (what I am watching now) but I also have DNS so I can record the Networks as well. I am grandfathered into DNS so I get both NY and LA for an extra $5/month.
