That's a good antenna as are nearly all the antennas of that basic design. However, it is not necessarily any better than a good Batwing with the Wingman attachment (or a Sensar IV). If you have an easy way to attach the antenna and put it up and down then do not hesitate in giving it a try but you can likely do as well by ensuring your Batwing it up-to-date and getting the proper voltage and signal. If you are WAY out there (60+ miles) from a tower there is a good chance that the antenna you show on a very tall pole will do better but so would a Batwing mounted on a very tall pole.
