Because it was expanded exponentially again by the current admin and the "constituent" video'd about it during the last election said he gave her the phone.

Exactly the problem with these types of programs!!!!!! Way too many people take the next step beyond "wanting" to quit and do. Then they just live on the rest of our backs.......
