795 has a bigger screen which is either a help or hinderance depending on mounting location.
I had a 770, till the battery went bad and I managed to kill the unit trying to replace the battery, my fault.
795 has ability to input a remote camera (backup) directly rather than wireless. A plus for us given how long the trailer is. And I can use the rear camera for the trailer that feeds the nav system on our Denali with factory add on side and rear cameras.
If you are using the 770 backup camera system IIRC it will NOT work with the 795.
And it has better setup for the trailer dimensions etc.
Other than that the features are pretty similar for nav, campground etc.
do a comparison and see if it is worth it for you.
