New Laptop Windows 8.1 help

I just bought a new HP laptop with windows 8.1 and I messed up on signing up on Microsoft accounts and can't get into it and I tried to e-mail them but no luck, any ideas how to get a hold of them ?

Where did you buy it? If local like Best Buy, etc, take it back to the store and they will help you get set up.

You might try this for Microsoft...but good luck and you might be calling limited understandable English in some far away land...
